Ennio Tavani, Chairman
Ennio is a pragmatic visionary and highly regarded Chairman with over 40 years of business advisory and governance experience.
He successfully built Moore Stephens from scratch to one of the premier Australian accounting firms acting for listed companies, mid-to-large businesses and large not for profit organisations. He is currently the Chairman of the 9th Royal Australian Regiment (WA) and several large food production and engineering companies and a Director of Clontarf Foundation.
Ennio is a FCPA, FCA (ANZ) and AFAIM with a Master of Business, GDBA and ADA from Curtin University.

Esther Oh, Founding Director
Having her young son lost his vision from an unknown virus during COVID-19 with no cure transformed Esther’s vision to help professionals accomplish mission critical work much smarter, faster and safer.
As a pioneer who built many 1st breakthroughs in the world, such as the global e-banking system, biometric authentication system, digital certification authorities and the largest global predictive analytics software for Thomson Reuters, Esther is often sought after to speak at major conferences on Global Strategy & Leadership as well as Digital Transformation using IoT, predictive analytics and deep learning.
She is also an adjunct lecturer for the MBA and MPA programs in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore & Indonesia and served on several boards and committees, including Edith Cowan University, Curtin University, Lateral Capital Ventures and CITIC Pacific Mining with Ministerial appointment to the Governing Council of Challenger Institute of Technology.
Esther won multiple prestigious awards such as the Entrepreneurs Institute Global Impact Award, Western Australia 40under40 award, Hong Kong Australia Business Award, Konica-Minolta Female Entrepreneur award and several Excellence awards across Asia Pacific.
She judged the prestigious Stevies’ International Business Awards and is honoured in Stanford’s Who’s Who for her revolutionary implementation of emerging technologies in the resources sector. Esther is a FCPA, CRMA, GAICD, RHCE, CISA, CSM and PRINCE 2 Agile Practitioner, who holds a Master in Law and double degrees in Commerce and Business Systems.
Professor Wilson Tay, Advisory Board Member
Professor Wilson worked in senior leadership roles in academia, resources and government over the last 45 years. He is the Founder of MindQuest in Malaysia and Wilbert Solutions in Australia.
His directorships include Chairman of Vistage Malaysia, TEC and Anchor Resources(a listed company in Singapore), TMS Berhad and the Investment Committee for Malaysia Venture Capital Management Bhd. He was the CEO of TEC Asia, Malaysian Institute of Management, Omni View Consulting and Vice President & Head of Technology for SMEs and Technopreneurs’ Development with MeDEC which is the lead agency of the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia.
He also worked in senior roles with Curtin University, Murdoch University, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Art Gallery of Western Australia, Dampier Salt Ltd and CRA Limited (now Rio Tinto) during his 26 years career in Australia.
Professor Wilson’s specialisation is in entrepreneurship, venture creation and organisational growth. His professional qualifications include FCAANZ, FCPA, FCIS, FICDM, MMIM and Certified Professional Trainer with Global Coaching Group and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching. He has a Diploma from WHS Houston, ADCA, GBA, Master of Business and Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Curtin University.

Constantine Michael
Advisory Board Member
Con is the Founder of the Balconi Telecommunications Group and holds several innovative patents, including the award-winning Balconi Global Live Smart Torch.
He is highly regarded as the telecommunications industry leader when it comes to building highly encrypted telecommunications, satellite and military grade network communications for government, healthcare, naval and emergency services.
Con received over 20 national and state awards for his engineering achievements, including the Australian Government’s Innovation of the Year, Multiple Engineering Excellence Awards, Australia’s Most Innovative Engineer and WA Innovator of the Year and holds several professional qualifications such as FIEA, Certified Professional Engineer, Engineering Executive of the National Engineering Register, APEC Engineer and International Professional Engineer (Australia).

Rod Van
Advisory Board Member
With over 30 years of industry experience, Rod is the Founder of RVan Consulting, advising businesses and family offices in areas of strategy, governance, change management, property development, investments and commercialisation of technology projects.
He was previously CFO and then CEO of Cape Bouvard Investments for 13 years and worked in senior commercial and financial executive roles in the UK prior to migrating to Australia.
Rod serves on several boards including Communicare, White Ribbon Australia, Murdoch University, Tennis West and previously Rockingham Renaissance Technopole Inc. which was a project that facilitates technological innovation, economic growth and the transfer of intellectual property in the training, research and industry areas.
He is a GAICD and FCA in England and Wales and holds a Bachelor with Honours in Applied Biology.

Urika Jones Wong
Company Secretary
A registered tax agent and a Certified Xero Advisor, Urika has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience as the founder of South Central Accounting & Tax as well as acting as a Director or Company Secretary for several SMEs in Western Australia.
Always thinking out of the box, she has a passion to help SMEs succeed with tax, business advisory and corpoate secretarial services and also enjoys implementing new technologies to increase efficiency and productivity while saving costs to increase profits.
Urika is a FNTAA and an associate of the Tax Institute, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Tax from Curtin University
